Terminal A : $10 per person, per hour; includes all beer, wine, and soda (does not include well, call or premium liquors, shots or martinis)


Terminal B : $12 per person, per hour; includes all beer, wine, soda and unbranded spirits (does not include call or premium liquors, shots or martinis)


Terminal C : $15 per person, per hour;  includes all beer, wine, soda as well as all top shelf branded spirits (ex. Jack Daniels, Stoli, Absolut, Captain Morgan etc. but does not include premium liquors, shots or martinis)


Terminal D : $20 per person, per hour; includes all premium spirits, beer, wine, and soda (does not include shots or martinis)


If there is a particular brand of beer, wine or spirit that you are interested in offering at your event please feel free to ask if we carry the brand and if we do not we will be happy to locate the product for you.

Chicken Francese – egg battered chicken breast lightly fried then served in a lemon, white wine butter sauce

Chicken Rollatini – chicken breast sliced and stuffed with prosciutto and mozzarella cheese then topped with a white wine tomato cream sauce

Chicken Cordon Bleu – thinly sliced breaded chicken cutlet with ham, Swiss cheese and served with a light Dijon mustard cream sauce

Grilled Veggie  and Chicken- grilled zucchini, yellow squash, red bell peppers, and chicken breast stacked then served with a blue cheese cream sauce or a balsamic reduction

Asian Chicken – stir fry style chicken that is sliced, then sautéed with seasonal vegetables in our secret sauce

Hudson Station Chicken – chicken stuffed with prosciutto, mozzarella cheese, and spinach served with a brandy and mushroom cream sauce

French Onion Chicken – seared chicken breast topped with caramelized onions and melted Swiss cheese

Sliced Ribeye – sliced ribeye smothered in onions topped with brown gravy

Flank Steak – thinly sliced flank steak topped with an Asian sesame soy sauce and served with pad thai noodles 

Filet Mignon – thinly sliced filet topped with an Asian sesame soy pineapple glaze

Penne Vodka – Staten Island’s liquid gold served over penne pasta

Rigatoni Hudson – rigatoni pasta with crumbled sausage and sautéed spinach served with a chicken stock, garlic, and olive oil sauce topped with grated Parmesan cheese

Baked Ziti – ziti pasta tossed in our homemade Sunday gravy and baked with ricotta cheese then topped with mozzarella and Pecorino Romano cheeses

Cheese Tortellini – cheese tortellini tossed with diced prosciutto, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and served in a light pesto cream sauce. Add chicken $2 or shrimp $5

Fettuccine Alfredo – fettuccine served in a rich creamy alfredo sauce topped with shredded basil 

Orecchiette Primavera – pan seared zucchini, yellow squash, diced tomatoes, and mushrooms tossed with orecchiette pasta in a light garlic white wine butter sauce

Rigatoni Bolognese – a hearty meat sauce with a touch of cream tossed with rigatoni pasta

Mac & Cheese – cavatappi noodles with our signature house made cheese sauce

Baked Pasta – any of our short cut pastas served in a light tomato cream sauce with seasonal vegetables then topped with mozzarella and baked

Baked Cheese Ravioli – cheese ravioli topped with our homemade red gravy and mozzarella cheese then slowly baked bubbly and delicious

Lobster Ravioli – served in a vodka sauce with lobster meat, bay scallops, and shrimp MP

Pork Loin – oven roasted pork loin sliced and served with an apple demi-glace

Pork Medallions – grilled medallions of pork tenderloin served with a Dijon mustard cream sauce

Sausage and Peppers – grilled slices of hot or sweet Italian sausage with roasted bell peppers and caramelized onions

Pulled Pork – slow roasted pulled pork shoulder seasoned with our special blend of spices then smothered with our house made BBQ or Carolina style sauce

Grilled Pork Chop – grilled pork chops served in a sweet onion and pepper white balsamic vinaigrette


Seafood $9 per person

Seafood Salad – shrimp, conch, and calamari steamed then marinated in a white balsamic vinaigrette with red onions, olives and roasted red peppers

Fried Calamari – calamari lightly fried and served with our homemade marinara sauce

Shrimp Scampi – pan seared shrimp in a garlic, basil, and white wine sauce topped with parmesan cheese

Fried Shrimp – delicately breaded and golden fried shrimp with sweet chili sauce

Crab Cakes – jumbo lump crab meat with celery, red onions, and red bell peppers pan seared and topped with a lemon remoulade MP

Salmon Fillet – wild Sockeye salmon fillet sliced and served with a whole grain mustard cream sauce $10 per person

Whole Salmon – hole roasted wild caught salmon served with a rosemary garlic glaze $10 per person

Tuna Loin – Ahi tuna loin seared then sliced thin and served with a hoisin wasabi cream sauce $13.50 per person

Filet Mignon – pepper crusted beef tenderloin seared then roasted to a perfect medium rare served with a red wine reduction sauce $19.50 per person

Prime Rib – a whole rib roast slow roasted then sliced thin and served with beef au jus and horseradish cream sauce M/P

New York Strip – oven roasted beef loin cooked to temperature of choice and served with a mushroom and red wine demi-glace $29 per person

Roast Beef – top round of beef seared off then slow roasted with a garlic salt crust and served with brown gravy and horseradish cream sauce $9 per person

Hanger Steak – seared hanger steak sliced and served with caramelized onion and balsamic glaze $12 per person

Flank Steak – marinated Asian style flank steak seared to keep all the beefy goodness, then served with a hoisin ginger glaze $14 per person



Pork Loin – roasted pork loin served with a baked apple demi-glace $9 per person

Orange Pork – pork tenderloin baked and served with a spicy orange glaze $13 per person

Fresh Ham – slow roasted fresh whole ham seasoned with our house blend of spices and served with a bourbon pecan glaze $9 per person

Pork Butt – slow roasted boneless pork should, pulled and served with our homemade BBQ or Carolina style sauce $7 per person

Bacon – a whole slab of bacon seared off and slow cooked to perfection $7 per person

Spiral Ham – slow roasted and basted to perfection, served with a brown sugar and pineapple pan gravy $7 per person



Turkey Breast – citrus and herb brined crusted turkey breast with a melange of fresh herbs and served with pan gravy $7 per person

Whole Turkey – deep fried whole turkey carved and sliced served with bourbon pecan brown gravy $7 per person

Sautéed Spinach – baby spinach seasoned and sautéed with garlic, garnished with lemon zest

Truffle Cream Spinach – baby spinach chopped and stewed with cream, butter, and shaved black truffles MP

Creamed Corn – sweet Jersey corn with pancetta, garlic, and shallots in a cream sauce with panko bread crumb crust
